MGA Entertainment is seeking a Sales Director to lead our Walmart and Sam’s Club account in Bentonville. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and promotional execution while aligning with Walmart merchants to implement category and account strategies.

The role requires deep retail acumen, strong analytics, and proven ability to translate insights into actionable plans that deliver sustainable growth across the customer, brand, and MGA portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10 years sales management experience within CPG industry, Sales Broker, or at Walmart.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing is required.
• Experience building relationships and partnering with Walmart Merchants.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the Walmart team, including buyers, planners, and replenishment managers.
• Develop seasonal business plans with the buying team based on performance metrics.
• Create and present profitable sales plans for both the retailer and MGA.
