Description and Requirements

As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you’ll ensure Premium’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in Walmart backrooms to place on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products for customer accessibility.
• Front face products to optimize shelf appearance.
• Receive and bring promotional materials to the store.
• Install promotional materials as per instructions.
• Build displays to showcase products.
• Use mobile technology to answer questions and document work.
• Take photos of completed tasks.
• Represent Premium and its clients in Walmart stores.
• Partner with store management and associates.
• Communicate with your manager via email, phone, and text.

How will you succeed?

• Own your store(s) and build relationships.
• Work independently while maintaining a connection to Walmart.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and team members.
• Share best practices and leverage support channels.
• Complete tasks within the given timeframe and follow instructions carefully.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Report work on the same day of completion.

Tools needed for the job

• Reliable transportation to multiple locations.
• A smartphone with data and internet access for reporting and photo uploads.
