As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you’ll ensure Premium’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in Walmart backrooms and place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack products to ensure availability.
• Front face products for optimal shelf appearance.
• Receive and bring promotional materials to the store.
• Install promotional materials and build displays as instructed.
• Use mobile technology to answer questions, take photos, and report work.
• Represent Premium and its clients in Walmart stores.
• Collaborate with store management and associates to complete tasks.

• Own your store(s) and build relationships with Walmart staff.
• Work independently while maintaining professionalism as a Premium representative.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel and the Premium team.
• Leverage support channels and share best practices.
• Complete tasks within designated timeframes and follow instructions carefully.
