What will you do?
- Locate merchandise in Walmart backrooms and place products on the floor.
- Stock and pack products to ensure availability.
- Front face products for optimal shelf appearance.
- Receive and bring promotional materials to the store.
- Install promotional materials and build displays as instructed.
- Use mobile technology to answer questions, take photos, and report work.
- Represent Premium and its clients in Walmart stores.
- Collaborate with store management and associates to complete tasks.
How will you succeed?
- Own your store(s) and build relationships with Walmart staff.
- Work independently while maintaining professionalism as a Premium representative.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and the Premium team.
- Leverage support channels and share best practices.
- Complete tasks within designated timeframes and follow instructions carefully.
- Meet age and physical requirements (18+ years old, able to lift up to 50 lbs.).
