Description and Requirements

As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you’ll ensure Premium’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in Walmart backrooms to place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to ensure availability for shoppers.
• Front face products to optimize shelf appearance.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store.
• Install and place promotional materials following instructions.
• Build displays to showcase products as needed.
• Use Premium’s field technology on your mobile device to answer questions and document work.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Premium and its clients in Walmart stores.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates.
• Collaborate with your manager via email, phone, and text.

How will you succeed?

• Own your store(s) and build relationships within Walmart.
• Work independently while maintaining a professional extension of Walmart.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and Premium team members.
• Share best practices and leverage support from the Walmart team nationwide.
• Seek help from Premium’s Operations Support Center when needed.
• Complete work within the designated timeframe.
• Follow detailed instructions carefully to ensure quality work.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Report your work on the same day of completion.

Tools needed for the job

• Reliable transportation to visit multiple retail locations.
• A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
