Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Walmart Retail Merchandiser in the San Antonio area. You will ensure client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability and visibility. You will be the main contact with store management and represent Acosta in your assigned store.

Flexible schedules: part-time with 2–4 days (Tue & Fri required) or full-time with at least 5 days (Tue & Fri required). Pay starts at $15.00/hour with potential for variation by location and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation to multiple store locations in the area.

Responsibilities

• Schedule varies; days Sunday–Saturday per location.
• Full-time: 5 days/week; Tue and Fri required.
• Part-time: 2–4 days; Tue and Fri required.
• Start between 6am–9am; work 6am–6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in backroom, stock and pack out products.
• Straighten product on shelves.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to store.
• Use company mobile device to complete work across multiple apps.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta at Walmart stores in assigned locations.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
• Communicate with direct manager via email, phone, and text.
