Job summary

Leapfrog Brands is seeking a National Account Manager to own the Walmart business, driving growth through strategic planning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires building partnerships with Walmart's teams and guiding internal stakeholders to optimize assortment and in-store and online shopper experiences.

The position sits in a hybrid work model with on-site presence in Lincoln Park.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing a large mass-retail national account (Walmart ideal).
• Experience forecasting, budgeting and business planning.
• Experience leading and developing junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Own business strategy and budget across channels.
• Be the day-to-day contact with Walmart teams to strengthen the account.
• Lead and coach junior staff to hit sales budgets.
• Collaborate with Channel, Marketing and Product Marketing for alignment.
• Develop strategic assortment plans across channels and categories.
• Lead sales meetings and prepare executive presentations.
