F. Schumacher & Co is seeking a Screen Runner & Pinner to support wallpaper production. You will prepare, inspect, and stage printing screens and tables for upcoming runs, ensuring the right screens match each pattern and color sequence.

This role partners with Printers and Production Managers to keep schedules on track. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, pays close attention to detail, and can lift and maneuver screens as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, inspect, and stage printing screens for upcoming production runs.
• Verify correct screens are assigned to each wallpaper pattern and color sequence.
• Pin printing tables accurately according to production specifications.
• Prioritize screen running and table pinning to minimize downtime.
• Transport screens to printing teams and return finished screens to storage or cleaning areas.
• Maintain organized screen storage and staging areas.
• Communicate missing, damaged, or replacement screens with printers and supervisors while following safety procedures.
