We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team. The Estimator will play a crucial role in the success of our projects by accurately estimating the cost and resources required for various projects. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a thorough understanding of construction principles and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry & Management:
   1. Accurately and efficiently enter project data into the company's CRM system.
   2. Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and project costs.
   3. Manage and organize project documents, including plans, specifications, and proposals.
2. Takeoffs:
   1. Perform accurate and detailed takeoffs from blueprints and specifications, including:
   1. Material quantities (e.g., concrete, lumber, steel)
   2. Labor hours
   3. Equipment needs
3. Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanGrid) for takeoff and quantity calculations.
4. Estimate Preparation:
   1. Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of projects, including:
   1. Residential
   2. Commercial
   3. Industrial
5. Analyze project scope, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
7. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost estimates.
8. CRM Tool Utilization:
   1. Effectively utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and monitor project progress.
   2. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve estimating accuracy.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience with construction estimating software (Square Takeoff)
2. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Clickapp, Joist)
3. Experience in Data Entry
