Genesis Health Clubs in Fort Collins is seeking outgoing, friendly Wall Monitor team members to engage, energize, and inspire our members while maintaining a safe environment at our North location.

The Wall Monitor duties include monitoring safety at the wall, maintaining proficiency with climbing techniques, and performing belaying certifications. The role requires availability evenings, weekends, and holidays, with varying hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and address safety at the wall as the top priority.
• Maintain proficiency with climbing techniques and devices.
• Perform certifications for top-rope belaying, lead belaying, and lead climbing.
• Keep the wall area clean and sanitary.
• Perform and maintain zone checklists and relay member feedback.

Genesis Health Clubs in Fort Collins is hiring outgoing, friendly Wall Monitor team members!

We are looking to hire positive, professional, safety minded team members for our North location. The Wall Monitor will be responsible for engaging, energizing, and inspiring our members and team while maintaining a safe environment.

The Wall Monitor duties include (but are not limited to):

Monitor and address safety at the wall. This is the top priority of the Wall Monitor.

Maintain proficiency with various techniques/devices used in climbing

Actively monitor and perform certifications for top-rope belaying, lead belaying, and lead climbing

Fix spinning holds as they occur

Maintain a clean and sanitary environment at the wall

Perform and maintain zone checklists

Actively track and relay member feedback to the Wall team

Perform opening ad closing duties

Clean club, run laundry and fold towels as needed

Perform other tasks in support of the entire health club as needed
