Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking enthusiastic Wall Climbing Instructors to lead safe, engaging climbing experiences on our 40-foot outdoor wall at a Forbes luxury resort in Florida. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of climbing instruction or related recreational experience preferred.
• Experience working with guests of varying ages and skill levels.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems for bookings and waivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety orientations, equipment fitting, and climbing instruction for participants ages 6 and older.
• Supervise multiple climbing stations while maintaining a safe instructor-to-climber ratio.
• Perform daily inspections of harnesses, helmets, ropes, belay systems, anchors, and climbing equipment.
• Assist with private lessons, youth programs, camps, birthday parties, and special events.
• Process guest check-ins, waivers, reservations, and activity participation.
