Job summary

US LBM Holdings is hiring a Wall Assembler in Minnesota to lay out wall components, stock materials, and assemble parts under direction. The role involves loading, receiving goods, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting production workflows with safety in mind.

Qualifications include a High School education or equivalent, with carpentry experience preferred. Candidates should be able to read a tape measure, use a hammer, and be available for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lay out wall component supplies and materials on carts or floor.
• Stock plates for component set-up.
• Assemble components under the direction of the line leaders.
• Load and band finished materials on carts/pallets inside and/or outside.
• Receive incoming products, commodities, and materials.
• Maintain work area by keeping it neat and organized.
• Assist in the set-up of component assembly process.
• Monitor production workflow process assisting other areas as needed.
• Operate all equipment necessary to the assembly process.
• Adhere to established safety rules and regulations and follows all safety procedures; maintain a safe environment.
• Comply with Company’s attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Assist in maintaining an organized work environment which may include emptying trash receptacles and keeping all bays/staging areas clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service and participate in a positive work environment.
• Monitor inventory as required by location management.
• Retain an awareness of the work environment critical to the task at hand to produce error free and damage free results.
• Participate in and complete assigned trainings.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday5:00am-3:30pm, with potential for overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Wednesday, 4:00 PM–4:30 AM; Thursday, 4:00 PM–9:30 PM, with potential overtime extending Thursday to a full shift until 4:30 AM, and Friday from 4:00 PM–9:30 PM.

Wage

• 1st Shift: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.
• 2nd Shift: $22.00 - $24.00 hour based on experience
