Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for seasonal Walking Tour Guide to join our team at Niagara Falls State Park in Niagara Falls, New York. Our ideal candidates are looking for jobs that allow them to explore the beauty and adventure that Niagara Falls State Park offers while being part of a team-based organization, committed to delivering great experiences for guests.

$18.00 - $18.00 / hour

What will you do?
  • Greeting and welcome customers to the tours
  • Informing customers about the itinerary for each tour
  • Provide a guided tour to all guests
  • Escort guests to tour attractions & make sure they are admitted without issue
  • Familiarizing yourself with the layout and history of the Niagara Falls region
  • Scheduling and selling tours through online software
More about you
  • A high school diploma is required
  • Being able to multitask is needed
  • Be able to memorize information and quick thinking
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and walk for extended periods
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Tour Guide experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain a timed schedule
  • Being CRP certified is preferred (if not we will provide an opportunity for certification)

  • Ability to walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and walk and stand for long periods of time
