  • Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, dependability, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Operate hand and power tools, saws, welders, and other manufacturing equipment.
  • Assemble, fabricate, lift, pick, pack, and position window and door components.
  • Perform extrusion, cutting, fitting, clamping, welding, and other production processes.
  • Read work orders, tape measures, measurements, fractions, decimals, and standard work instructions.
  • Perform quality inspections, CTQ/CFA audits, functional checks, and required product testing.
  • Identify defects and quality issues, document findings, and generate quality reports.
  • Use tablets, SafetyCulture, Excel, and other systems to record and analyze quality data.
  • Support 5S, Kaizen, No Defect Forward (NDF), continuous improvement, and problem-solving activities.
  • Maintain production flow, monitor materials, reduce scrap, and keep work areas clean.
  • Assist with training coworkers and become cross-trained in multiple departments.
  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, production standards, and supervisor instructions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be part of a skilled team producing and inspecting high-quality windows and doors. Your responsibilities may include:



  • Operate hand and power tools, saws, welders, and other manufacturing equipment

  • Assemble, fabricate, lift, pick, pack, and position window and door components

  • Perform extrusion, cutting, fitting, clamping, welding, and other production processes

WHAT TO EXPECT — LET'S BE TRANSPARENT


  • Physical Work: Stand and perform repetitive motions for 8–12 hours, including bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.

  • Lifting: Depending on the department, you may frequently lift up to 40–50 lbs.

  • Manufacturing Environment: Work may be performed in hot or cold conditions and on concrete floors.

  • Fast-Paced & Repetitive: You'll be expected to maintain production rates while meeting quality and safety standards.

  • Safety First: Required PPE may include safety glasses, hearing protection, arm guards, and metatarsal safety shoes.

  • Flexibility: You may work in different positions or departments and may be required to work extended hours or weekends based on business needs.
