Job summary

Seaton Senior Living in Chalfont, PA, seeks a friendly dining server to take meal orders, serve residents, and maintain the dining areas in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

You will follow daily safety procedures, keep stations tidy, and support kitchen and dining staff during busy service periods while delivering attentive, compassionate guest service.

This position offers flexible hours with full-time and part-time options and the opportunity to contribute to a caring senior living community.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs.
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Maintain knowledge of specials and descriptions of all food items.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set up and clean the dining room while upholding hospitality standards.
