Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is hiring a Part Time Server to join our dining team. You will take meal and drink orders, serve residents with warmth, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment for our senior communities.

Qualified applicants should enjoy working with seniors, communicate courteously with residents and staff, and be able to adapt to flexible hours. Training and benefits are provided as part of our team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous manner.
• Respond promptly to resident needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities and adapt to flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve meals in a friendly, timely manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with meals.
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials and menu items.
• Keep dining areas and side stations clean and organized.
• Follow daily/weekly cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Set up and clear the dining room to hospitality standards.

Our community is looking for a Server to join our team.

Server Responsibilities

• You will take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with seniors
• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
