Willie's Grill & Ice House in Texas is seeking a friendly, energetic Server to join a team that values guest-first service and community. You will take and deliver orders, know the menu, and help keep the dining area welcoming and efficient.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 2 years of experience, Alcohol Certification and Food Handlers Certificate, and strong communication and basic math skills. This role supports a lively, family-friendly Texas Icehouse culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Know the menu thoroughly including wines, beers, and cocktails to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders, following all safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist fellow team members to create a cooperative and positive work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and dining area.
• Handle payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and alcohol service regulations.
