Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Waitstaff for our Rancho Cucamonga community. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and deliver the highest level of service to residents, while ensuring smooth meal preparation, delivery, and cleanup.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written English skills are expected.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide high-level service.
• Review menus with residents and introduce dining options to new residents.
• Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and events.
• Foster teamwork with colleagues and build positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize dining areas and equipment.

Responsibilities

What you will do as a Waitstaff

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $16.90/hr - $20.28/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
