Job summary

Holiday by Atria in Missoula is seeking a Waitstaff team member to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents. You will help with dining orders, set tables, and assist with meal preparation and service in a supportive, team-driven environment.

No experience required—we provide on-the-job training and pay you while you learn. Atria offers a comprehensive benefits package, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement in a caring senior living community.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take dining orders, and provide high-level customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Holiday by Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.

What You Will Do As a Waitstaff

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
