Job summary

Holiday by Atria - Sheldon Oaks in Eugene, Oregon, is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Waitstaff. As a key team member, you will provide top-tier service for dining experiences, ensuring residents feel comfortable and satisfied. You will also help with meal preparation, delivery, and maintain a welcoming environment.

No prior experience is needed, as we offer on-the-job training to kick-start your career with us. In addition, enjoy competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $15.05/hr - $18.06/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience.
