Job summary

Holiday by Atria - Springs Of Escondido is hiring a Waitstaff to support dining services in our Escondido community. You will set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service, reviewing menus with residents and acquainting new residents with dining at Atria.

On-the-job training is paid and no prior experience is required. Our benefits package includes paid holidays and PTO, health, dental and vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with company

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $17.00/hr - $20.40/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
