Holiday by Atria - Aspen View is hiring waitstaff to deliver exceptional dining service to residents in a supportive, teamwork-driven environment. The role involves taking meals orders, reviewing menus, and assisting with food preparation and service.

On-the-job training is provided with paid enrollment, and employees may receive annual rewards and benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401(k) match, with tuition reimbursement options for U.S. based communities.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written English skills are required.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide high-level customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Foster teamwork with colleagues and build positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining room equipment.

Salary Range
