Job summary

Holiday by Atria - Regent is seeking a friendly Waitstaff member to join our dining team in Corvallis, Oregon. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and provide exceptional customer service to residents throughout meals and events.

No prior experience is required and on-the-job training is provided. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, health/dental/vision/life insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $15.55/hr - $18.66/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
