Job summary

Holiday by Atria in Concord, NC is seeking a waitstaff team member to provide excellent dining service to residents. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and review menus with residents to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

On-the-job training is provided. No prior experience required. The company emphasizes a supportive environment with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package including health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
