Job summary

Atria Senior Living’s Holiday by Atria unit is seeking friendly waitstaff to set and clear tables, take dining orders, and deliver exceptional resident service.

You’ll review menus with residents, assist with meal preparation and service, and help maintain a clean dining area while fostering teamwork and a welcoming atmosphere.

On-the-job training is provided; no prior restaurant experience is required, and full-time benefits support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• No experience needed.
• On-the-job training - get paid to get trained!

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide high-quality service.
• Review menus with residents and orient new residents to dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of meals, banquets, and events.
• Create strong teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize dining room areas and equipment.

What You Will Do As a Waitstaff

• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
