228Cocina is a fast-growing food truck known for fresh flavors and friendly, high‑energy service in Gulfport. We seek a friendly, dependable Waitress/Server to greet guests, present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure great dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, work evenings and weekends, and handle payments through Square with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be available evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license.
