Essential Functions:

1. Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
2. Present menu and provide detailed information about portions, ingredients, or allergies
3. Understand "Coursing" and its link to upselling
4. Take accurate food and drinks orders using the ordering system
5. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and learn new procedures

Qualifications and Competencies:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions
• Ability to interpret instructional documents such as safety rules and manuals
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing and walking around the store or department
• Reaching, crouching, kneeling, and stooping
• Frequent use of computers and technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs frequently
