We are hiring immediately for full and part-time WAITER/WAITRESS positions at the following location:

Job Summary

Take food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently to dining room guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly; take food and beverage orders following established service steps.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain food safety and sanitation standards; assist with guest needs.
• Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests on food and drink pairings; accommodate dietary preferences and allergens.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills; remain flexible and patient with guests and staff.
• Handle tickets and cash transactions properly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
• Respect confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
• Address complaints promptly and relay issues to supervisors.
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after service, meeting sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, and coffee makers.
• Collaborate with other departments during special events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
