Unidine is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time WAITER/WAITRESS positions.

Job Details

• Location: Talamore Sun Prairie - 275 North City Station Drive, Sun Prairie, WI 53590.
• Schedule: Full-time (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, some weekends required) and Part-time (Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 AM - 7:15 PM). More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous food service or serving experience is required.
• Perks: Flexible scheduling, free shift meal, extra holiday pay, paid time off/benefits for full-time employees.
• Pay Range: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Responsible for taking food and beverage orders and delivering them efficiently to guests.

Responsibilities

1. Greet guests warmly and take orders following established service procedures.
2. Deliver food promptly, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and assist guests as needed.
3. Understand menu items, advise guests, accommodate requests, and be knowledgeable about dietary restrictions.
4. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and special requests are met.
5. Communicate effectively with team members and guests, remaining flexible and patient.
6. Handle transactions accurately and promote a clean environment.
7. Maintain confidentiality and address guest concerns promptly.
8. Set up and clean the dining area, operate necessary equipment, and assist during special events.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
