Job Summary

Take food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders following service standards
• Deliver food promptly, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and assist guests as needed
• Understand menu items, advise guests, and accommodate dietary needs
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery
• Communicate effectively, remain flexible and patient
• Handle tickets and cash procedures properly
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Respect confidentiality of guest information
• Address issues promptly and communicate with supervisors
• Set up and clean dining area before and after service
• Operate equipment such as coffee machines and soup wells
• Assist during special events and perform other duties as assigned
