Job summary

FellowshipLIFE Inc. in Hackettstown, NJ is hiring a Waiter/Waitress for Riverwalk Village to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point‑of‑sale system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any additional requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle guest payments and provide accurate change or process electronic transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

About the Role:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate order delivery. Maintaining a clean and organized dining environment will also be part of your responsibilities to uphold our establishment's standards. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive word‑of‑mouth recommendations.

Shift Availability:

• 1 Evening Shift (3:30- 7:15 Preferred, morning availability is a plus))
• 2 full time shifts with Open Availability for mornings and evenings
