Major Duty Description: The purpose of this position is to perform work involved in preparing dining room or party room, serving food, wines, and other alcoholic beverages, and subsequent cleaning functions.
Responsibility: Assigned to workstation by the supervisor and given specific and detailed instructions. Responsible for complying with standard methods and procedures such as conduct, etiquette, dress code, and table setting techniques.
Working Conditions: Work is normally performed inside with adequate lighting and heat. Exposed to the possibility of minor cuts, bruises, and slippery floors.
Other duties as assigned.
