• Greet guests and present them with the menu
• Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any
• Suggest food and beverages to the guest. Upsell
• Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order-taking pads or on the handheld Point of Sale (POS) system and make sure to enter the special requirements made by the guest while ordering the food
• Accept payments and return the change
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
• Fill in for absent staff as needed
• Be a team player to ensure smooth operations
• Serve food and beverage to the guest
• Promptly respond to the guests’ needs
• Properly open and pour wine for the guest
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently as set by the Company
• Understands and communicates products and services available at the restaurant
• Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and handling inquiries
• Assist with special events as needed
• Follow the schedule, task, and other responsibilities assigned to you
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by your superior
• At least 5’9” in height

• 30 years old and below
