Job Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages according to guest orders and banquet menus
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and offerings
• Keep food service areas clean and organized during events
• Replenish food and beverages as needed
• Follow all alcohol service policies and check guest IDs
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs
• Clean and sanitize food service areas, workstations, and equipment
• Maintain a positive attitude towards guests and coworkers
• Follow safety policies, including food safety and sanitation
• Ensure the security of company assets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or as a server preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety principles
• Ability to obtain a food safety certification
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Additional Information

This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
