Job summary

Carlton Senior Living is seeking a friendly Wait Staff member in Fremont, CA, to take orders, ensure timely meal service, and maintain dining area cleanliness. You will coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver meals that meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences in a warm, resident-focused environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork and safety, with opportunities for growth within a culture of caring that values staff well-being and resident happiness.

Qualifications

• Customer service and courteous communication with residents and staff.
• Ability to follow dietary guidelines and respect allergies and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, considering residents’ dietary needs and restrictions.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and check in regularly to guarantee resident satisfaction during meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Dining Room, Café, and Kitchen areas throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with the Wait Staff and Kitchen team to provide smooth and efficient meal service for all residents.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

What we are hiring for:

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday. 7am-2pm, 4-7pm

Pay Range: $ 17.75
