WAH Mortgage Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

This position supports customer service for mortgage customers, interacting with hundreds of customers weekly across the country to resolve support issues and ensure a top-tier customer experience. Candidates should be confident, engaged, team-oriented, and bring a positive attitude daily.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls courteously and professionally
• Understand customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving
• Follow client processes and policies
• Use knowledge base and training to answer questions accurately
• Create and maintain CRM records with call details
• Document call resolutions properly
• Handle financial inquiries per client procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Adhere to scripts, policies, and schedules

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $11.50/hr plus bonuses, with benefits including paid time off, health coverage, retirement plans, disability and life insurance, career growth opportunities, paid training, and a casual dress code. Benefits may vary by location.

Physical & Employment Conditions
