This position supports customer service for mortgage customers. You will interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues and ensure a top-tier customer experience. The role requires confidence, engagement, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, multi-task, type 30-45 WPM, speak and read English fluently, be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office, have excellent communication skills, and be customer service oriented. Preferred experience includes banking or financial services and data entry skills.
