Are you passionate about strengthening your community and connecting people with meaningful ways to give back? LIFE Senior Services is looking for a Wagoner County Coordinator to build partnerships, recruit volunteers, and create opportunities that make a lasting impact in Wagoner County.

What You’ll Do

As the Wagoner County Coordinator, you’ll be the local connector between volunteers, nonprofits, and community partners. In this role, you will:

  • Recruit and engage volunteers age 55+ to serve in a variety of community programs.
  • Develop new volunteer opportunities and partner with local organizations.
  • Support volunteers through training, guidance, and project supervision.
  • Collaborate with nonprofits, businesses, and senior centers on special initiatives.
  • Share program successes with the community through outreach and publicity.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to keep the program running smoothly.

Requirements

We’re seeking someone who knows and loves Wagoner County and is ready to bring people together for a good cause. Our ideal candidate has:

  • A high school diploma (some college preferred).
  • Experience working with community groups or coordinating projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (data entry in excel or program system required).
  • Comfort with public speaking and relationship building.
  • Access to reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Salary: $15.00-$17.00/hr
