Winter Park Resort, operated by Alterra, is seeking a part-time seasonal Grounds Laborer Wagon Master to join the Base Services team. The role starts in November and includes snow removal, wagon maintenance, and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
Ideal candidates are 18+, possess a Colorado driver’s license, and can work 3–4 days weekly with potential overtime during peak periods. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

The Base Services department is currently accepting applications for a part time seasonal Grounds Laborer Wagon Master to begin in November. The responsibilities of this position include snow removal in wagons, general fleet maintenance of the wagons, hauling wagons, assisting guests in a friendly, helpful manner and perform other duties as assigned. Must be willing to work a flexible 3-4 day per week schedule and work extra hours during busy periods, dependent on demand.

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resorts hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resorts total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
