Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership
• 3+ years of litigation experience in wage & hour matters
• Strong knowledge of California Labor Code and FLSA
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motions, and legal writing
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters and collaborate with a team

Responsibilities

• Develop litigation strategy from early assessment through resolution
• Take and defend depositions and manage written discovery
• Research, draft, and argue motions, including dispositive and class actions
• Prepare pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Evaluate strategy for PAGA actions and wage-and-hour issues
• Collaborate with employers and the broader labor and employment practice
