Parmet Law PC, a boutique plaintiff firm representing employees nationwide in class and collective wage-and-hour lawsuits, seeks an attorney ready to handle lawsuits and arbitrations from intake to settlement and trial. You will drive all phases of litigation, work closely with the founder, and grow with the practice. Civil litigation experience is required and a Texas license in good standing.

Parmet Law PC is a boutique plaintiff firm representing employees nationwide in class and collective wage-and-hour lawsuits. We are looking for an attorney who is confident in handling lawsuits and arbitrations from intake to settlement and trial. This is a successful, growing contingency practice with no billable hours.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to develop as a trial lawyer and learn every aspect of the business. The attorney will be involved in all aspects of the work from day one: case selection, valuation, client development, and litigation. They will take on all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, mediation, court hearings, and trial, working directly with the firm's founder on an active docket of class and collective action cases. This position offers immediate responsibility, mentorship, and room to grow into the practice.

Civil litigation experience is required. Prior wage-and-hour or class action experience is not.

Qualifications

• 2+ years litigating in state and federal courts
• Experience taking depositions, appearing in court, preparing and reviewing court filings and discovery, negotiating with opposing counsel, and attending mediation
• Willingness to work directly with clients
• Ability to effectively manage caseload
• Proficiency with case management software, technology, and AI
• Active Texas law license in good standing
• JD from ABA-accredited law school

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary $125,000 to $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications
• Eligibility for bonuses under our Incentive Program, based on performance and origination
• No billable hour requirements
