Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, food processing, CPG, distribution, or industrial production.
• Experience in team development and acting as a positive role model.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, facilities, production equipment, utilities and maintenance systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities, schedules and budgets.
• Familiarity with OSHA, safety standards, environmental compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing team to support strategic growth.
• Impact Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain through projects.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through commissioning, on time and within budget.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across initiatives.
• Report to founder and CEO; collaborate with vendors, contractors, and facilities as needed.
