What You’ll Do: Keep wafers moving through the cleanroom, running fabrication steps from start to finish Set up, operate, and maintain tools like: Dry etch systems Photolithography tools Deposition equipment Wet chemistry stations Work with engineers to troubleshoot issues, make process improvements, and keep things running smoothly Assemble and test parts for prototype hardware (mechanical and electrical) Keep accurate records using basic computer tools (Word, Excel) What You Bring: Solid hands-on experience (2 years, or 2 years of tech school plus 2 years of work) Confidence running fabrication equipment and following SOP Comfort in a cleanroom or lab environment Focused, careful work habits and good communication Second Shift Hours: 11am - 7:30 pm**Job Description:****Duties/Responsibilities** • Performs cleaning, maintenance, and or calibration of laboratory and equipment with limited supervision. • Operates moderately complex equipment in the production of hardware using moderately complex manual skills with training and supervision.. • Documents their work consistent with work unit policy with limited supervision. • Performs focused training to enable progression into higher skilled positions at the discretion of the supervisor. • Other temporary assignments at the discretion of the supervisor. **Skills/Abilities** • Able to communicate written and verbally. • Able to use Microsoft office applications. • Able to perform manual labor and operate automated and semi-automated equipment. **Education** Graduate from a 2 year technical school or applicable years of experience. **Experience** Requires either graduation from a two year technical school or two years of applicable experience.**Additional Job Description:****Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance, which requires proof of US citizenship.**Connect With Draper for Future Opportunities!
