Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in White, GA to operate and maintain diamond wire saw machines for wafer production. You will perform shift-based tasks, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, ability to work with tungsten wire, and familiarity with solar/semiconductor manufacturing. Nights and weekends may be required, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.
• Experience with manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Ability to work with fine tungsten wire.
• Basic understanding of solar or semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain diamond wire saw (DWS) machines for wafer production.
• Troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and respond to machine alarms.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and proper lubrication/assembly.
• Monitor equipment settings and ensure production specifications are met.
• Address defect spikes and perform minor adjustments or repairs.
• Conduct pre- and post-slicing checks and logging production data.
• Collaborate with teams to support production efficiency and safety.
