TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Wafer Production Operator in White, GA to run wafer production equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing setting. This full-time, temp-to-hire role emphasizes safety, productivity, and quality as you manage machine operation and routine maintenance.

You will monitor equipment, input materials, respond to alarms, apply lubricants, and perform loading tasks in dedicated zones, working with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate wafer production machinery and monitor performance across shifts.
• Manage input and replacement of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Clean equipment and components using appropriate tools and agents.
• Respond to machine alarms and escalate deviations to supervisors.
• Verify wafer lot information and perform manual/computerized loading.
