Hanwha Q CELLS in Cartersville, GA, is seeking a detail-oriented Wafer Production Specialist to develop and manage production schedules, coordinate materials, and ensure on-time, cost-efficient manufacturing of solar wafers.

You will monitor inventory, optimize processes, and liaise with cross-functional teams to drive schedule adherence, production efficiency, and quality throughout the plant.

Formación

• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
• Strong MS Office skills and data analysis abilities.
• Able to lead cross-functional teams and drive timely production.
• Knowledge of material requirements planning and scheduling software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production, capacity, material planning, and scheduling activities.
• Maximize schedule adherence, customer service, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
• Manage production team to meet scheduled goals.
• Adjust production schedules to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide status updates to management.
• Coordinate with quality control, warehouse, and other departments.
