Job summary

Wolfspeed, Inc. in New York is seeking a Control Center Technician to support Operations and Logistics by starting and shipping product from the fab.

You will coordinate wafer release, assist with shipping, inventory, and test wafer allocation, and work with Process Engineering on wafer logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to work independently under pressure, and clear cross‑team communication are essential.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and overall computer skill competency.
Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Effectively communicate material logistics needs across multiple departments.
Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time and wear full clean room attire.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Production Control team and execute the wafer release plan.
Support Control Center activities such as shipping wafers, managing wafer inventories, and allocating test wafers.
Assist Process Engineering and Integration with wafer logistics.
