Job summary

Wolfspeed, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Control Center Technician to support the Operations and Logistics teams by starting and shipping product from the fab, ensuring smooth wafer flow and accurate materials handling.

You will coordinate with the Production Control team to execute the wafer release plan, assist with shipping wafers, manage wafer inventories, and allocate test wafers while maintaining clean room discipline.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and overall computer skill competency.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Effectively communicate material logistics needs across multiple departments.
• Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time and wear full clean room attire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Control team and execute the wafer release plan.
• Support Control Center activities such as shipping wafers, managing wafer inventories, and allocating test wafers.
• Assist Process Engineering and Integration with wafer logistics.
