Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of wafer fabrication or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Diffusion, Photolithography, Wet Etch preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong safety, quality, and documentation practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard wafer fabrication equipment following procedures.
• Record and enter operational data into logs or digital systems.
• Diagnose process discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure process stability and quality.
• Identify issues in wafer processing and develop solutions.
• Communicate findings to engineering and cross-functional teams.
