onsemi is looking to hire cleanroom operators to support operations at our Nampa, ID, semiconductor fabrication plant! Our products are in popular high-tech devices, drones, automotive rearview cameras, gaming systems, medical devices, and self-driving cars!

Shift: C Day Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday e/o Wednesday 6 am - 6 pm
Shift: F Night Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday e/o Saturday 6 pm - 6 am

  • Have no problems wearing lightweight hoods, smocks, or boots, and throughout the majority of your 12-hour shift. We also prohibit the wearing of perfume, cologne, hairspray, makeup, contact lenses, dresses, and open-toed/high-heeled shoes. These dressing requirements help protect the highly sensitive tech products you will be working with!
  • Enjoy detailed work in a clean, structured environment, and follow established safety and quality procedures.
  • Have a desire to learn and grow in the manufacturing or semiconductor industries!
  • Have the drive and capability to be cross‑trained (learn more than one job or operation).
  • Enjoy working together with equipment technicians (mechanics who are charged with maintenance), process technicians (fix any defects in the wafers), engineers, and managers to produce the highest quality product.

Work Schedule

The schedule is 4 on/3 off for week one and 3 on/4 off for week two. Flexibility to work these hours is required.
