Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour compressed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled maintenance per best-known method for tasks completed.
• Track and assemble parts required to complete maintenance ahead of time.
• Complete qualifications to bring equipment out of maintenance state and into production.
• Track data from maintenance to identify improvement opportunities for PM performance.
• On-the-job training plan with a clear path to required certifications and advancement.
